  • Motorcycle towing
  • Commercial vehicle towing
  • Accident recovery

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability and conditions.

  • Have the legal authority to authorize service for the vehicle

  • Have the legal right to be in possession of the vehicle or be authorized by the legal owner

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, damage resulting from improper loading by unauthorized persons, or damage resulting from your failure to disclose relevant vehicle information.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

When we transport your vehicle to a repair facility or other destination, we are not responsible for the quality of services provided by such facilities.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved checks. All fees will be disclosed before service is rendered.

Additional fees may apply for services outside standard parameters, including but not limited to after-hours service, long-distance towing, winching, and storage.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abusive behavior toward our staff
  • Inability to safely perform the service
  • Safety concerns

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
